By accessing or using MamaKnows (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use MamaKnows. Use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

MamaKnows is a nurse-led educational support and family organization platform designed to help mothers and caregivers manage the mental load of parenting. The Service includes:

• Nurse-led educational chat support for parenting questions
• Show MamaKnows visual capture and organization tools
• Family reminders, Tomorrow Prep, and scheduling support
• Child profile management, routines, and developmental insights
• Caregiver sharing and family summaries
• Maternal wellness and postpartum support resources
• Subscription management, referral, and gift features

MamaKnows does not:

• Diagnose medical conditions or symptoms
• Prescribe medications or treatments
• Provide medication dosing instructions
• Recommend starting, stopping, or changing medications, formula, or supplements without clinician guidance
• Provide emergency care or crisis intervention services
• Replace a pediatrician, OB, midwife, physician, therapist, urgent care, emergency services, poison control, or any licensed healthcare provider

All responses and insights are nurse-led educational content only. They are not reviewed by a licensed clinician for each individual interaction. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any health or medical concern specific to your or your child's situation.

In a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately. Do not use MamaKnows in an emergency.

MamaKnows is not an emergency service. If you or your child is in immediate danger, experiencing a medical emergency, or you have concerns about self-harm, harm to your baby, severe symptoms, or a crisis situation:

MamaKnows may provide general educational information about warning signs and when to seek care, but it cannot assess your specific situation, provide triage, or substitute for emergency professional evaluation.
