We collect information you voluntarily provide when using MamaKnows, including:
Account information: name, email address, and phone number if provided
Child and family profiles: child name or nickname, date of birth, gender, routines, notes, and health or development information you choose to enter
Chat and conversation content: questions, messages, and conversations with MamaKnows nurse support
Uploaded content: files, images, screenshots, PDFs, and text you upload for the "Show MamaKnows" and memory features
Reminders, schedules, and organizational data: school info, events, deadlines, forms, and caregiver share information
Subscription and payment status: your plan, trial status, and billing history. Payment details (card numbers, etc.) are processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe) and are not stored by MamaKnows
Device, usage, and analytics data: device type, browser, app version, feature usage, and log data to improve the Service
Referral and gift data: referral codes, phone numbers used for SMS gift or referral sharing if you initiate those features
