Nurse-led support, with a next step
When planning is not the next step
Chest pain, trouble breathing, seizures, severe confusion, hallucinations, or immediate danger to you or baby: call 911 or seek emergency care. Do not wait for a chat response.
Other urgent warning signs
Get medical care immediately for bleeding that soaks at least one pad in an hour, clots larger than an egg, a temperature of 100.4°F (38°C) or higher, a severe or persistent headache, vision changes, severe belly pain, or one-sided leg swelling or pain. Tell the clinician if you were pregnant within the past year. This is not a complete list.
